FAQ's
Production
We print onto finest artist quality canvas, using
light fast (75 year minimum) Pigment inks. We use kiln dried
artist pine frames. The canvas is Gallery Wrapped (stretched)
around the frames and secured at the back. No fixings are
visible on the canvas when it is hung.
VAT
All prices shown on this site are not
inclusive of VAT and is payable at the present rate of 17.5%
( Art for businesses is tax deductable).
Delivery
The standard rate is variable (depending on size) for next
day special delivery to the mainland UK using Special Post
(£4.99 - £19.99). We will advise you of the
cost on order before we send your canvas. We can arrange
to deliver to your work address if you prefer. Please allow
3-7 working days for production. If the frames are in stock
we will normally deliver in 3 working days. If you have
a specific deadline please contact us: studio@canvasgraphics.co.uk,
We can in most cases produce a very quick canvas if required
(24hrs).
Happy?
We are sure you will be delighted with your canvas.
However if the canvas does not meet with your approval we
will be happy to make a refund for the full value of the
canvas including delivery. You should contact us first by
email or phone to arrange the return of the canvas. You
must notify us within 7 days and return the canvas at your
own expense by recorded delivery within 14 days from your
notice. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange
if they have been damaged after delivery.
Payment
You can purchase securely using a credit or debit
card using Paypal. Simply browse the canvas selection, add
the canvas you would like to your order and proceed to email
us, where your details will be processed securely by Paypal.
If you prefer to pay by post using a cheque please state
which canvas you require, your contact details including
telephone number and make your cheque payable to J

Personal touch
Yes, we offer a full bespoke service to print
your images on canvas. Please advise exactly your requirements,
or contact us for more information. We can print, produce
any style of anything you would like.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date
of purchase. Voucher code must be supplied at time of redemption.
Just ask for a value of between £10 and £250
in denominations of £10. Valid for 12 months from
date of purchase. A unique code number will be issued at
the time for redemption.
Frames
Our standard frame depth is 1.75", but we
can frame on 0.75" depths. We can also provide the
prints unframed if requested.
Privacy Policy

for marketing purposes or will they be disclosed to any
